Accommodation
Several styles of accommodation are on offer from the 5-star Sydney Hilton to 3-star hotels and apartments. Hotel rooms can accommodate 2 persons and apartments can accommodate 1-4 people.
To obtain conference rates bookings are to be made through Margaret Reid’s office. One night’s prepaid deposit or full payment is required to secure the reservation. No bookings can be made without prepayment.
Accommodation bookings are to be pre-settled or settled on departure. All hotels require a security deposit using credit card or cash on check in for any incidental expenses that a guest may incur during their stay.
Social Events & Meals
The two day conference registration fee includes morning/afternoon tea and lunch over two days. Additionally, a Trade Exhibition Cocktail Party (light refreshments) will also be included in the full registration fees and will be held on Sunday evening from 6pm-7:30pm.
The half day seminar fees will only cover morning tea on Wednesday morning and will not include lunch. The full day seminar fees will cover lunch.
Conference Dinner
The conference dinner and entertainment will be an additional cost as it is not included in the registration fee. The dinner will be held on Monday 1 December from 7pm – 11pm.
It is a wonderful opportunity for networking.
Registration Desk
The registration desk will be located on Level 3 of the Sydney Hilton Hotel and will be operating during the following hours:
Sunday, 30 November: 2pm – 6:00pm
Monday/Tuesday, 1-2 December: 7:30am – 5pm
Wednesday, 3 December: 8am – 3pm

Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the conference organisers. Refunds for registration fees will be returned if cancellations are made before 30 September 2008 (less a 10% handling charge). No refunds will be forwarded after 30 September; however a substitute delegate is acceptable. |
